Cancellation & Refund Policy

Kidocity believes in helping their customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:      

           Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated and processed the order. In case of return, the product must be unused, in its original shape along with the original product packaging, labelling. Ensure to take video while opening the packing.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our email id: contactus@kidocity.in . The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the products.

You must bring it to our notice by reporting the same on our email id: contactus@kidocity.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Once the cancellation/replacement request is Approved after due verification & consideration if any, then the full amount except the courier charges will be refunded to the customer via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

If the customer raises a return/replacement request to return the damaged/wrong product, he/she will have to bear the shipping/courier charges. Sending the courier details while returning the product is must. The return address is
