At Kidocity, our aim is to ship our products quickly, safely and in a cost effective manner. Currently we do not offer worldwide delivery of our products. Domestic orders (Delivery within India) are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. Delivery within India usually happens within 2-6 working days from the time of dispatch of the order. Kidocity is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock / natural calamity, riots, etc then we will notify you by email.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer  at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). We request you to mention your full  address with postal/pin code and valid contact number. Currently Shipping charges are Zero for all orders to be delivered within India. 

We always strive to offer our shoppers the lowest shipping charges possible. The shipping charges are based on the actual weight/volumetric weight whichever is higher.
